Paparazzo who is currently suing Keanu Reeves for allegedly bumping him with his (Keanu's) car. Silva claims, as a result of the "accident" he has been out of work for an entire year. Oh, what? He hasn't been able to stalk anyone lately?
Silva broke down into tears on the stand claiming he had to see a psychologist because of the incident and "couldn't sleep at night." AWWWWwww. Poor thing. I wonder how many celebs have lost sleep over the relentless stalking and terrorizing guys like this do to them?

MARK MORGAN KREUSCHPap Punched by Gerard Butler shows his well deserved injuries. Butler has to speak to the L.A. City Attorney in connection with the incident. Gerard will appear for an informal hearing in the City Attorney's office in Hollywood and will presumably be told that it's not nice to punch people. TMZ says the intention is to resolve the matter at the hearing and that it is likely no criminal charges will be filed. Gerard says the photog was chasing him before the incident occured. Clearly the pap had it coming.
